Maintaining Academic Excellence Amid COVID-19

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, Grey Matter Montessori is maintaining its commitment to academic excellence by supporting our students and families through an online learning program. This online learning program is designed as a continuation of the current school year, in an effort to ensure our gifted students remain on track with their academic and personal development. Our online learning program includes:

Weekly lesson plans and worksheets based upon each child's academic level
Two virtual sessions per week with teachers where further instruction or guidance is provided
Crafts, educational exercises, and other interactive learning activities to keep your child occupied throughout the week

Each weekly lesson plan is emailed on Friday so parents have a couple of days to digest the information and determine the best way to structure their child's upcoming week of learning.

At Grey Matter Montessori we're parents ourselves, and we understand that COVID-19 has put added pressure on you to make sure your child's academic development isn't derailed due to the pandemic. By signing up for our Grey Matter Home Learning Program, your child will receive tailored learning plans that align with their best learning style. This will allow you to approach each week with confidence knowing your child's educational development is continuing and growing during these uncertain times. Our online home learning program is available to all students between the ages of 3-6, regardless if they're currently enrolled in Grey Matter Montessori.

Summer Camp Registration Open

As of right now, our two summer camp programs are currently open for registrations. Our first summer camp is called Explorar Mexico! and will provide your child with beginner Spanish lessons in a full Spanish immersion setting. Our other summer camp is the Brightminds Math and Alterman Chess program, where your child will explore the world of math and magical kingdom of chess. Both camps feature a mix of indoor and outdoor activities, and are perfect for expanding your child's creative and academic talents during the summer. In addition to summer camp registrations now being open, we are also accepting applications for fall enrolment for the 2020/2021 school year.
