Our Team

Our teachers are the foundation of our school.  With their combined experience and love for children, they ensure your child gets the maximum learning from our program.

 

Ms. Shirin Rayani

Founding director- holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with over 20 years’ experience working with children. Her experience includes working within a hospital environment in various roles.  These included Behavioural Therapy with children with special needs, working in Emergency Mental Health, overseeing child care programs and creating a new facility for children.  Shirin holds her Montessori certification and has years of experience teaching English and teaching preschoolers.

Ms. Reshma Moledina

Founding director-holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, a Mini MBA Executive Certification from McGill University, her Project Management Professional (PMP) designation and her Montessori certification. She has over 20 years of experience in the engineering field including managing projects in the defence industry. She has travelled extensively around the world, volunteering and experiencing numerous cultures.

Ms. Irene Herrera

Ms. Irene holds a Montessori Early Childhood Diploma; Child Development Assistant Diploma; Bachelor of Business and Administration with a major in Human Resources; 10+ years experience as a Montessori teacher assistant and over 3 years as a lead Montessori teacher.

Ms. Saheera Laiwalla

Ms. Saheera holds the Adarsh Early Childhood Education Diploma; International Montessori Teaching Diploma (ages 0-3); International Montessori Teaching Diploma (ages 3-6); 15+ years of teaching children of various ages; Montessori teacher since 2011.     

Ms. Claudia Fierro

Ms. Claudia holds her Child Development Assistant certification with over 4 years of Montessori classroom experience; Spanish tutor; Montessori teacher assistant.
