Online Enrollment Form

Thank you for considering Grey Matter Montessori for your child! To start the process, please begin by filling out the enrollment form. Once it is completed, please email it directly to info@calgarypreschools.ca.

Once we receive your enrollment form, we will contact you to discuss space availability for your child and answer any questions or concerns you might have. Should there be no vacancies at the time, we will place you on our waiting list.

*** Please note that completing this enrollment form does not mean that your child is enrolled. We will contact you to finalize the registration.

At Grey Matter Montessori we are passionate about providing high quality education and excellent care for your child. Once you have filled out the online enrollment form, we will contact you to schedule a convenient time in order to finalize all necessary forms.
